During the past couple of weeks a number of senior students in St Killian’s College have had smoking cessation brief intervention training.
These students then, as part of National No Smoking Day last Wednesday, did a presentation for Year 9 students on the effects of smoking and they will also present to other Year groups during lent.
Also as part of No Smoking Day a poster competition was launched and this was won by Alex McCormick Year 10.
